传递窗是洁净室的辅助设备，主要用于洁净室之间、洁净室与非洁净室之间的小件物品的传递，以减少洁净室的开门次数。传递窗包括：普通传递窗、洁净传递窗、吹淋传递窗等。

洁净传递窗配置说明：

●不锈钢304材质，内部整体圆弧结构，方便清洁；

●带PAO注入接口及测试接口，采用304不锈钢快速连接头；

●配置H14液槽密封高效过滤器，带高效压差表；

●带紫外线杀菌灯，杀菌时间可任意调节，并带杀菌计时及杀菌时间累计功能可任意设置杀菌灯是否和风机同时启动；

●自主开发的液晶面板控制器，两门磁力锁互锁，有自动及手动二种模式供用户自己设置，在自动模式下有多种功能用户可自行设置，带时间及功能显示，带呼叫功能；

●可任意设置关门后同时自动启动风机送风模式；

●内嵌式门，双层黑边钢化玻璃，带干燥剂；

●风机：定制专用风机，送风时间可调节；

●首创PAO检测模式，轻松完成PAO的检测；

●接受用户特殊设计。

The pass box is the auiliary device to the clean room. It is used to transfer small objects between clean rooms, between clean room non-clean room so as to reduce the frequency of opening the doors. The pass box includes normal pass box, clean pass box air shower pass box etc.

Clean pass box configuration instructions

●It adopts stainless steel 304 by overall arc structure inside, for easy cleaning;

●lt provides pao injection port test port, by stainless steel 304 quick connector;

●lt is configured with H14 tank seal high efficiency filter with high efficiency differential pressure gauge;

●lt has ultraviolet germicidal lamp, with adjustable sterilization time, sterilization timing

sterilization time cumulative function. The simultaneous starting of germicidal lamp can be set up;

●The LCD panel controller is developed independently TWO-door magnetic locks are interlocked with automatic manual modes for user setting. There are multiple functions under automatic mode. Such as time function display, call features;

●After door close, automatic starting of fan blowing mode can be set up simultaneous;

●lt has embedded door with double layer black border tempered glass, with desiccant;

●lt has customized fan with adjustable air blowing time;

●lt applies new air port design(at high clean area) to increase internal positive pressure, with air flow adjustable;

●User specified design is acceptable.
